A massive change, however, is at this very moment taking place. With the extraordinary acceleration of computer technology, all knowledge is becoming a common base, as well as being universally and instantaneously available.

In addition, the accumulation and out-pouring of this widely accessible data are becoming a problem in its own right, causing “information overload” and costly physical and mental stress. What was once a strength is in many cases becoming a growing weakness. The Gifted Academy was established to work not only on Exploring, Nourishing, Training Gifted, and Talented Individuals; the Gifted Academy is THE place where competencies and abilities are explored and developed for all.
